Razzle Dazzle 'A Wish Come True' Kelly green two piece. Tiny sequins, black velvet trim and shorts.  Mock nude turtle neckline with a big soft black and green tie. The bodice is accented with sparkly black round buttons to a long waist complimented by ruffled peplum.  The long sleeves are edged with a white ruffle and trimmed with black and there is an open oval in the back.
